- Effective Contingency Planning: We understand sometimes things can change unexpectedly. So we help you plan and respond.
- Delivery and pick up of equipment can be provided in Rockhampton for $66.00. For all areas outside of Rockhampton please call our office for a quote.
- Our standard delivery times are between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Deliveries and pickups outside of hours may incur additional charges. Please contact us for more information.
- Deliveries and pickups with limited site access, or up flights of stairs, may incur additional charges.
- Delivery and pick up times cannot be guaranteed due to the large delivery area and large number of deliveries, though we will try out best to accommodate.
- Delivery for a weekend function typically occurs Thursday/Friday or Saturday (Subject to availability & Workload).
- Pick up for a weekend function typically occurs Monday or Tuesday.
- Items must be stored in a secure, dry place under cover. Items on hire are the hirer's responsibility and will incur a replacement charge if lost or stolen.
- Delivery recipient does not generally need to be home to receive the delivery however our drivers must have access to a storage area for the items and payment must be received prior to delivery.
